Commercial Arbitrator
For the past 30 years, as a member of the AAA Large, Complex Case Panel, I have arbitrated disputes between high-technology firms, their clients, strategic partners and suppliers.
These businesses include CAT imaging, computer software & systems, fiber optics, telecommunications and industrial automation, as well as general business disputes in the hospitality, health care benefits, transportation and banking industries.
I have served as a panel member with senior attorneys, bringing my technical experience to the deliberation, and also as a sole arbitrator.
